    Storytime, play and music and movement for two year olds and their caregivers. This story time is so popular that we will be offering double the “Twos are Terrific” storytimes on Tuesday mornings! Group A will meet from 9:30-10:30am Group B will meet from 10:30-11:30am For two year olds (24mo. to 36mo.), siblings welcome! We ask that families plan to attend only one session per Tuesday. No registration is required, but space is limited to the first 40 friends who arrive. Sponsored by the Friends of the Russell Library.

    Join Dr. Marcia La Reau from Forward Motion as she returns to present a two part Career Workshop at Russell Library. Please join us for either or both session. Steering Your Way Through the New Hiring Technologies PART 2 How do the new hiring technolgies change your job seach? How is today's job search different than three years ago? How do you manage your resume and cover letter when you don't have all the requirements? How do you interpret the feedback from the automated systems and know if you are making progress? Please note that Tuesday, February 25th 2020 will be a snow date if either session is canceled due to weather. Marcia LaReau, Ph.D. brings unique and diverse experience to her role in helping people in career-transition achieve their goals and find satisfying, sustainable work that meets their financial needs. Dr. LaReau has served in the business world for over ten years, including Fortune 100 companies. As a Curriculum Designer and Learning Technologist, she led training initiatives for projects spanning 44,000 employees on four continents. As a Human Resource Director, her use of unique change-methodologies increased effectiveness and employee efficiency through effective team building. A recognized leader with a collaborative, creative, relational style, Dr. LaReau has proven herself in small business, corporate, and non-profit venues, working with executives, operations and project teams.     Russell Readers We will discuss The Golden Honeymoon by Ring Lardner from the collection The Best American Short Stories of the Century. Discussions are based on the Great Books Foundation method in which readers talk in open gatherings, under a leader, about the great issues that have shaped civilization as reflected in the readings.
