Amazing Grace Food Pantry

We have partnered with the Amazing Grace food pantry to help those Middletown residents 60 or older that need assistance with basic grocery delivery.  The need for assistance is not just purely financial.  We are in the middle of a pandemic and our members are the most vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus.  The have a saying: "Everyone is welcome at our table, and that means you."  If you are in need, we can arrange a delivery for you of essential items such as milk, eggs, bread, canned goods, potatoes, onions, frozen meat (when available), cheese, pasta, sauce, and other non-perishable items.  The contents of the grocery box varies week to week based on donations.  Please leave us a message on our voicemail (860) 638-4540 and a staff member will return your call.  Deliveries are made by Vox Church volunteers.

If you don’t need delivery but still need assistance, you can go to Amazing Grace food pantry at 16 Stack Street on Wednesdays or Fridays between 11am-4pm.

October Kitchen located in Manchester offers delivery of prepared meals.  They deliver to Middletown once per week for a $35 minimum order.  (860) 533-0588 or octoberkitchen.com 

Edible Arrangements is now offering fresh fruit and produce delivery.

Several members have told us that they are having good luck at Lyman Orchards and other farm stands in Durham.
