1st and 2nd doses:

  • Pfizer 1st and 2nd doses for ages 12 and up
  • Moderna for ages 18 and up

1st Boosters:

  • Moderna boosters for ages 18 and up
  • Pfizer boosters for ages 12 and up
  • Must be at least 5 months since the 2nd Pfizer or Moderna dose.

2nd Boosters:

  • Pfizer and Moderna boosters for ages 50+
  • Must be at least 4 months from the 1st Booster

By appointment

  • Pfizer vaccine available for people ages 5+
    • Children ages 5-11 will receive the pediatric dose
    • People ages 5-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
    • Government-issued proof of age is required; see website for details
  • Moderna and J&J 1st and 2nd doses for ages 18 and up
  • Pfizer boosters for ages 12 and up
  • Moderna and J&J  for ages 18 and up
    • Must be at least 5 months since the last Pfizer of Moderna dose
