    Middletown Kids Health & Safety Day! Middletown Kids Health & Safety Day is an educational and fun-filled opportunity for children and their caregivers to learn about wellness and safety as well as the resources available in time of need. The event features information, interactive exhibits, health screenings, child identification, bicycle safety rodeo, car seat clinic, music, and more. This non-profit event, sponsored by the City of Middletown (health, fire, police and recreation department) is free and open to the public.

Primary Series (1st and 2nd doses):

  • Moderna for ages 12+
  • Novavax for ages 12+

Bivalent Boosters:

  • Moderna bivalent vaccine for ages 12+ 
  • Pfizer bivalent vaccine for ages 12+
  • Must be at least 2 months from the last COVID vaccine

Novavax Booster:

  • For ages 18 years and older
  • Must not have received a previous booster dose 
  • Must be at least 6 months from the last primary series dose

Middlesex Health

By appointment

  • Pfizer vaccine available for people ages 5+
    • Children ages 5-11 will receive the pediatric dose
    • People ages 5-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
    • Government-issued proof of age is required; see website for details
  • Moderna and J&J 1st and 2nd doses for ages 18 and up
  • Pfizer boosters for ages 12 and up
  • Moderna and J&J  for ages 18 and up
    • Must be at least 5 months since the last Pfizer of Moderna dose
