Fines double if not paid within 7 days after issue date of a ticket and then doubles again after 21 days.
If $100 or more in unpaid tickets are accumulated and become delinquent, vehicle is subject to immobilization, towing at owner’s expense and any other related administrative fees.
The City may also notify the Connecticut DMV of every motor vehicle registered owner who has 6 or more unpaid parking violations committed within the City. Upon notification by the City, the Connecticut DMV Commissioner will not issue or renew a motor vehicle registration in the name of the owner(s) therein reported.

Violation Appeals must be made within 7 days of the ticket issue date by:
