The purpose of this department is to develop and manage municipal arts and culture programming, to promote awareness and the appreciation of the arts, to act as a resource for Middletown residents, artists, and the art sector, and to provide vibrant and robust programming that draws spectators and participants from all over the state. Programs, Resources and Services

The City of Middletown Arts & Culture Office offers these services to the public: 

•    Serve as a resource for Middletown residents and artists that are seeking citywide Arts & Cultural events and programming.

•    Provide awareness of events and activities offered by nonprofit arts organizations and resident artists. 

•    Provide informational materials to the public that promotes events, activities and programs through listserv and social media.

•    Provides artists and creatives with public funding opportunities in the arts. 

•    Provide free citywide seasonal events for the public
