You must submit the completed application, the required fee and the information as required in
Section 44 of the Zoning Code (PDF)
.
You then should appear at the next Planning and Zoning meeting to present your proposal and have the commission schedule a public hearing.
A sign should be erected in accordance with
Section 48.03.05 of the Zoning Code (PDF)
on the site at least 7 days prior to the hearing.
You then should appear at the hearing to present your proposal and answer any questions.
