The Middletown Health Department is accepting grant applications starting on January 21, 2026 from local organizations providing public health services to Middletown residents.
Kevin Elak, Director of Health for the City of Middletown said, “This is a great opportunity for organizations to receive funding for small projects”.
Any non-profit, human service or health organization that provides services in Middletown for city residents is eligible to apply for Public Health Block Grant funding for FY2026-2027.
Applications can be obtained on the Health Department page on the City of Middletown website at https://www.middletownct.gov/167/Health-Department .
