The 2025 MS4 Annual report is now available for review on the City website via this link. This report documents the City of Middletown's efforts to comply with the conditions of the MS4 General Permit to the maximum extent practicable (MEP) from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Paper copies are available at City Hall in the Public Works Department (245 Dekoven Drive) and at Russell Library at the Information Desk (123 Broad Street).
