Sustainable CT

Community Match Fund

Sustainable CT, a nonprofit that promotes action on wide-ranging sustainability and community initiatives is seeking to facilitate and support public projects in Middletown and the greater region through their funding program, the Community Match Fund. Sustainable CT provides dollar-for-dollar matching funds, up to $7,500 per project, as well as fundraising coaching and support to help project leaders raise the other half of their budgets.

Anyone working on or planning a public, community focused project that aligns with Sustainable CT's work is eligible to participate. Applicants don't need 501(c)(3) status or a fiscal sponsor, projects are accepted and approved on a rolling basis, there's no grant application to submit, and no lengthy review period.

To learn more or to propose a project, visit www.patronicity.com/sustainablect or contact Sustainable CT's community outreach manager, Abe Salorio, at hildingsalorioa@easternct.edu.
