MIDDLETOWN HEALTH DEPARTMENT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR PUBLIC HEALTH BLOCK GRANTS

Middletown — The Middletown Health Department is accepting grant applications from local organizations providing public health services to Middletown residents.

Any non-profit, human service or health organization that provides services in Middletown for city residents is eligible to apply for the 2024-2025 Public Health Block Grant funding.

Applications can be obtained on the city website at Health Department | Middletown, CT (middletownct.gov), and are due by 4:30 p.m. on March 15, 2024. For more information, contact Kevin Elak at 860-638-4972 or kevin.elak@middletownct.gov.
