Announcement of MS4 Stormwater Management Plan Public Notice 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Middletown, under its Permit No. GSM000011 for the General Permit for Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4), will have the Draft Annual Report available on the City of Middletown Website and a hard copy can be viewed at the Engineering Division of Public Works at 245 Dekoven Drive, Room 210 and at Russell Library, 123 Broad Street, Middletown.  

The draft report can be found electronically at: https://www.middletownct.gov/911/Stormwater-Management and is available for comment and review for thirty days.
