MIDDLETOWN HEALTH DEPARTMENT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR PUBLIC HEALTH BLOCK GRANTS

Middletown — The Middletown Health Department is accepting grant applications starting on January 9^th 2025 from local organizations providing public health services to Middletown residents.

Kevin Elak, Director of Health for the City of Middletown said, “This is a great opportunity for organizations to receive funding for small projects”.

Any non-profit, human service or health organization that provides services in Middletown for city residents is eligible to apply for Public Health Block Grant funding for FY2025-2026.  

Applications can be obtained on the Health Department page on the City of Middletown website at www.middletownct.gov.  Applications are due no later than 4:30 PM on Friday, March 14, 2025. For more information, contact Kevin Elak at 860-638-4972 or kevin.elak@middletownct.gov.
