We are looking forward to seeing you again this year during registration season!

Kindly take note of the following:
• Registration for City of Middletown residents opens on March 3, 2025. To prepare you for registration the application and parent guide will be made available at this link on 2/28/25 at 5pm! Open link here: https://www.middletownct.gov/296/The-Childrens-Circus-of-Middletown

• Registration for nonresidents opens on April 7, 2025.

• The Arts Office processes registration forms and fees. All questions regarding registration are to be directed to this office at 860-638-4510 or at arts@middletownct.gov.

• In person registration is encouraged for Teeny Tiny and new applicants. Please visit the Arts & Culture Office at 245 DeKoven Drive, Monday - Friday, from 9 am - 5 pm. Closed from 12 pm - 1 pm.

• EMAIL SUBMISSIONS OF THE APPLICATION ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
