The City of Middletown Improves Public Records Access
Middletown, CT – The City of Middletown is improving transparency by making public records easily accessible to the public. Requestors of public information can submit Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request through an online system which will be available on March 3rd, 2025.

By implementing this solution, individuals seeking public records will be able to track their requests and access electronic documents like emails through a simple website,” said Brianna Skowera, Director of Information Systems for the City of Middletown.
