2026 Recycling Center Resident Passes

Dear City of Middletown Resident,

The City Recycling Center would like to inform you that the new 2026 Recycling Center Passes for the upcoming year will be available starting 01/06/2026. If you would like to have your pass mailed to you, please fill out the online application form.

You may also come in-person during our regular hours (M-F 8:30am-4:40pm) to pick up your new pass. Please bring your proof of residence and the license plate number of the vehicle you want the pass hung in).

The staff at the Recycling Center will be honoring the 2025 passes for the first month of 2026.
