Yes! The water that you receive from the Middletown Water Department is very safe to drink. We constantly monitor and test your drinking water. For additional information see our Water Quality Reports.
Residential users are billed two times a year; once in May and then in November. Larger water consumers and commercial customers are billed monthly.
Bills should be paid within 30 days from the first of the month in which you are billed. Bills become delinquent 30 days past the due date and interest will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month or fraction thereof. If you choose to pay online, be sure to set up your auto pay before the May 1st and Nov 1st billing dates to avoid late payment fees.
