    April 21, 2021, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

You are invited to Resilience Café™ – a 1-hour virtual gathering designed to promote connection, compassion, and calm! About this Event: During this 1-hour Resilience Café™, Rebecca will provide a healing space for all people to come together to learn simple resiliency-based skills. Grab some paper and something to write with because during our April cafe, Rebecca will guide you through an experiential art exercise (no art experience necessary) where we will create a Tree of Life. We will explore our roots, trunk, branches, leaves, fruit, fallen fruit and compost. Each part of the tree will serve as a symbol for the various aspects of ourselves.
