Connecticut's Everybody Learns Initiative Provides Free WiFi at City Hall

The Connecticut Education Network (CEN) is providing free WiFi / Internet access outside City Hall at 245 deKoven Drive. Members of the public can use this network for school, work, or entertainment while enjoying the scenic view of the Connecticut River from our park benches and picnic tables.

Connection Information

CTPublicWiFi is the free WiFi network. The network is available on City Hall's lawn and the deck around our lobby.

When you connect to the network, you will be prompted to accept the terms of use.

After reviewing the terms, scroll to the bottom of the web page and press the AGREE AND CONNECT TO THE INTERNET button.
