Juneteenth Observances and Festivities

In observance of Juneteenth, City Hall will be closed on Friday, June 18, 2021. The city's 1st Annual Juneteenth "Liberation Day" Festival will take place on Saturday, June 19th from 1 to 6 p.m. at Veteran's Memorial Park.

Water & Sewer Bills Due May 1st, 2021

City of Middletown Water and Sewer bills are due on May 1, 2021 and if not paid in full by June 1, 2021 are subject to 18 percent per annum interest. (1 1/2% per month) from the installment due date of May 1st.

Everybody Learns Initiative & Free WiFi at City Hall

The Connecticut Education Network (CEN) is providing free WiFi / Internet access outside City Hall. The public can use this network for school, work, or entertainment while enjoying our park benches and picnic tables.

COVID-19 Wait List for Middletown Residents

The City of Middletown has a waiting list for residents who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. If a vaccination clinic has extra doses or appointments available due to cancelations, residents will be called at random to fill appointment slots.
