Wells and Water Testing

You are your own "water company" if your home or business is served by a well.  It is important to inspect your well and have your water tested by a certified laboratory regularly to reduce the risk of drinking contaminated water. The Middletown Health Department reviews and approves well drilling permits.  Health department staff also provides technical assistance and water treatment advice to Middletown residents.
