Middletown Kids Health & Safety Day!

The Middletown Kids Health & Safety Day is an educational and fun-filled opportunity for children and their caregivers to learn about wellness and safety as well as the resources available in time of need. The event features information, interactive exhibits, health screenings, child identification, bicycle safety rodeo, car seat clinic, music, and much more! This non-profit event, is sponsored by the City of Middletown (health, police, fire and South Fire District department) is free and open to the public. 

This year's event will take place on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (222 Main Street). 

Participation

If your organization would like to participate in this year's Kids Health & Safety Day, please complete the registration form below. All registration forms are due by March 24, 2023. Please email all completed forms to Daisy Hernandez at Daisy.Hernandez@middletownct.gov.

Donors and Sponsors

We are currently seeking area businesses and organizations to become sponsors of this year's event. 

Sponsorship Levels

Level 1 ($2,500): Your organization will be prominently mentioned in all publicity including two street banners; multiple advertisements; over 5,000 brochures; 100 posters; social media and TV PSAs (public service announcements)

Level 2 ($1,000): Same as Level 1 except no mention on street banners; name not as prominently displayed in all promotional materials. 

Level 3 ($500): Your organization's name mentioned (less prominently) in brochures and news ads only.
