Cromwell, Durham, Middlefield & Middletown Health Departments have teamed up with Stop and Shop Pharmacy to offer seasonal flu clinics/pneumonia dispensing at the following times and locations:
- October 5 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM - South Fire District Fire Station, 445 Randolph Road, Middletown
- October 12 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Westfield Fire Station, 653 East Street, Middletown
- October 15 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Town Hall Gymnasium, 41 West Street, Cromwell
- October 22 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM City Hall Council Chamber, 245 deKoven Drive, Middletown
- October 29 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Town Hall Gymnasium 41 West Street, Cromwell
- November 5 Noon - 6:00 PM Activity Center, (2nd floor), 350 Main Street, Durham
- November 12 9:00 AM to Noon Town Hall Gymnasium, 41 West Street, Cromwell
- November 19 Noon - 3:00 PM Community Center, 405 Main Street, Middlefield
- November 26 Noon - 6:00 PM City Hall Foyer, 245 deKoven Drive, Middletown
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Must be at least 18 years of age and in good health
- Flu vaccine free with insurance plans (please bring your insurance card)
- Limited flu vaccine available for those without insurance
- Insurance required to receive pneumonia vaccine (please bring your insurance card)
- Appointments not taken (first-come, first-served)
- Residency not required
