Middletown residents can bring household hazardous waste products to a collection day on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Middlesex Community College, 100 Training Hill Road, Middletown.
Acceptable materials include: cleaners, photo chemicals, pool chemicals, mercury thermometers, fluorescent light bulbs, batteries, car fluids, paints and solvents, weed killer and insect sprays.
Materials should be safely placed in the trunk of vehicles for removal by event staff. All participants must wear masks and stay in their vehicles.
