The Planning and Zoning Commission is holding a virtual public hearing on the 2020 Draft Plan of Conservation and Development on November 18, 2020 at 7 pm. All public comment is welcome. Comments can be submitted in writing to the Planning, Conservation and Development office or by email to Marek.Kozikowski@MiddletownCT.gov.
