The City of Middletown and Lower CT River Valley Council of Governments is offering a community compost bin and rain barrel sale with a distribution date of Sunday, April 11 at Veteran’s Park. Orders must be placed on line by April 8th.

A backyard composting presentation with UConn Master Composters, Danielle Butsch and Ruth Eckhoff, will be available virtually after March 15, 2021.
