Public Works Alert: The following programs are suspended during leaf collection season and into the winter.
Curbside collection of brush will be suspended as of October 28, 2022. Call 860-638-4850 by Oct. 28 to report your need for a brush pick up.
Curbside collection of bulk waste will be suspended as of October 24, 2022. Payments must be made by Oct. 24, 2022 to be picked up this calendar year.
Both of these programs will be suspended through the winter. During the winter months, only storm related brush will be picked up to avoid hazards. If we have a mild winter, crews may be able to resume bulk collection in January. Watch for further details.
