The City of Middletown is hosting a What's In, What's Out Recycling Workshop on March 21, 6:30 – 8:00pm, at the Middletown Senior Center, 61 Durant Street. Guest speaker, Emma MacDonald, from the State Department of Energy and Environmental Protection will talk about waste reduction and recycling and answer all your questions about what is acceptable, and what is not acceptable in the recycling carts.
