The Common Council is holding a special meeting on Monday, August 19th, beginning at 6:00 PM, to hear project presentations, receive public comment, and vote on whether or not to move the proposed bond ordinances forward for referendum on the City’s November 2024 ballot. The proposed bond ordinances are for (1) a 911 Public Services Center and for renovations, and (2) extension of MacDonough Elementary School.
It will be a hybrid meeting: in-person in the Chamber and remotely accessible via WebEx. The meeting will also be livestreamed on cable Channel 19, on the City’s website, and on Facebook.
