Middletown is deeply saddened by the loss of former State Representative Joe Serra. In addition to his service in the legislature, Joe worked as the Deputy Director of Public Works in the City of Middletown for many years. Joe also met his lovely wife Marie
here at City Hall. Joe was a friend and mentor to many and a staple at the Ford News Diner. He will be deeply missed and we are greatly honored to host his calling hours.
City Hall will be closing for regular business at 2 pm on Friday, December 6th to prepare for calling hours.
The Melilli plaza parking lot will also be closing to regular traffic at 3 pm.
Those planning to visit and pay your respects can utilize the Melilli parking lot. Those with mobility issues or a valid handicap placard can park in the City Hall lot.
