The City of Middletown will suspend accepting payments for curbside collection of bulk waste on Oct. 21st to prepare for the leaf collection operations. Curbside collection of bulk waste will commence again in the spring. Throughout the winter, contact the Public Works office directly at 860-638-4850 to inquire about the status as it is dependent on snow removal operations. Bulk material is always accepted at the Middletown Recycling Center throughout the year.
