Interested in composting or gardening? The City of Middletown is pleased to be working with the Lower CT River Valley Council of Governments (RiverCOG) to offer compost bins and rain barrels at reduced costs. Bins and barrels can be ordered on line and picked up at Veteran’s Memorial park on Saturday, July 18, between 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Items must be ordered by July 14th. Social distancing measures will be followed. Customers will receive an email of protocols that must be followed to pick up their items.
