Signing up for a Thanksgiving Basket
Sign up in person Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays from October 28th through November 22nd* at Amazing Grace at 16 Stack Street between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM
*Closed November 11th for Veterans Day
or
Sign up in person Tuesday, November 12th at Russell Library at 123 Broad Street from 5:30 PM to 7;30 PM
Eligibility Requirements
You must provide proof of Middletown residence OR that you shop at Amazing Grace and ID for each member of the family.
Acceptable Proofs of Middletown Residence are:
- Utility Bill
- Driver’s License or CT ID
- Lease Agreement
- Rental Receipts
Acceptable IDs are
- Birth Certificate
- Medical Card
- Driver’s License
- DSS Or Housing Listing
- Social Security Cards
Pick Up Information
Pick Up will be on Tuesday, November 26th between 11:00AM and 3:00PM
Everyone will pick up at Fellowship Church 1002 Saybrook Road - This will be a drive-through pick up. Please have your ticket ready when you arrive and remain in your car.
There will be a walk up area for those riding the bus. Baskets may be heavy! Please be prepared to lift and transport your own baskets.
