When Can I Sign-Up?

Sign-ups open simultaneously online, in-person, and by phone for Resident Members.  You MUST have funds available on your account equal to or exceeding your total registration in order to use the online portal or call (860) 638-4540 in your registration.  Two factor authentication is required in order to use the online portal.  You must have either a cell phone or email address on file in order to authenticate.  Please take a moment to watch our registration video in advance of sign-up day.
