In 2005 the City of Middletown was awarded nearly $18 million in Federal Transportation funds to improve transportation and parking facilities in the downtown. The City will be developing a plan for the expenditure of these funds and will be posting information as it becomes available so the residents of Middletown can participate in improving the downtown.
