Billing Division

Consumption Charges

The Water and Sewer Department bills the property owner depending on the size of your water service. Water services that are one inch and smaller are billed on a semi-annually basis or twice a year. These services are typically residential, but could be small commercial operations. These bills are issued on May 1 and November 1 of each year. It is the homeowners responsibility to make sure that they receive and pay their bills.  If the May bill is not paid by June 1st or the November bill is not paid by December 1st, then interest will be applied to the bill.  See Terms of Payment below.

Water services that are greater than one inch are billed on a monthly basis. These services are typically commercial accounts.
