Application Instructions
All applications must be submitted electronically, through your myrec account.
Applications must include:
1) Completed Sports Grant Application 2024 (link below)
2) Sports Grant Supplemental Application – Demographics (link below)
3) Email the following five items to me with the Subject Line “Sports Grant Application Documents”:
4) Please email me the five items and have the application complete by, Friday January 19th, 2024.
A) Organization Certificate of Insurance
B) Organizations Previous Year budget including ACTUAL income and expenses and how awarded sports grant was allocated
C) Organizations Projected Budget
D) Evidence of Nonprofit Status
E) Code of Conduct if applicable.
