A sixteen member agency of electors within the City of Middletown whose duties will be found in the Connecticut General Statutes, Section 8-126 as amended.  They serve a term of five years.

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval. New business for the Agency must be submitted 3 working days prior to a regular meeting date.

The Redevelopment Agency exists under the authority of Connecticut General Statue § 8-126, as amended. The Agency consists of 16 members, appointed by the Mayor. The Redevelopment Agency oversees the redevelopment plans for the City of Middletown.
