The City of Middletown is working with ReCork to recycle corks into useful products. Corks can be brought to Middletown City Hall, 2nd floor, for recycling. The south side of the 2nd floor houses several bins for recycling miscellaneous items, such as corks, plastic bags and film, toner cartridges, DVDs, CDs, plastic gift cards, batteries and CFL light bulbs. Batteries and bulbs can also be brought to the Middletown Recycling Center and placed in the electronics container.
