Public Works Administration is located in the Municipal Building at 245 Dekoven Drive, Room 210, Middletown CT. It is open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and we can be reached at 860-638-4850.
The Highway garage is located at 485 Washington Street. During the winter months sand is available for residents to use. Residents must bring their own bucket and shovel.
The Middletown Recycling Center is located at 185 Johnson Street and is open Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 2:45 PM. The Saturday hours fluctuate through the year. Winter/Summer Saturday hours (Dec - March & July & Aug), First and third Saturday of the month ONLY 7:00 AM - 11:45 AM; Spring/Fall Saturday hours every Saturday 7:00 AM - 11:45 AM.
